Realising I had paid for digital onlyI contacted the 24/7 chat/coach.Within a few minutes I had a code for a new plan at only another £1 per month to include workshops. The coach even waited for me to activate, to ensure all went ok.Much relieved as I really need support now express workshops are available again.Thank you WW

App okay. WW plans good. Virtual meetings awful. Too few real meetings now. Too much personal information shared on social media platform.

Found the app easy to navigate and very informative

Really easy to keep track of foods daily, you can even create your own recipes and work out the points per portion and then save recipes for another time. The barcode scanner is invaluable, it automatically calculates the points per 100g or portion, but you can easily adjust the amount to accurately work out points. After just over a year in lockdown and cancelling my subscription, I found it easy to get back into the swing of WW and hopefully in next few months all the weight increase working from home will start to dissappear ready in time for the Summer staycation.

No face to face classes are going to be in a big city like Cambridge. Terrible

Love the way it now cares about more than just diet. The scanner is really handy as well

This is my third time with WW, and this is the first time I have found it hard to find the right points for some of the food I eat.It would be easier to have most foods weighed in g as well as going by the packet serving suggestions as I don’t always eat a whole serving.Im also disappointed that on the app it is hard to find the contact us details.I have now found it and am now awaiting my answer to a query, that I put in a week ago? On a good note, I have lost 12lb but feel I could of lost a little more weight, but some times I don’t feel I’m counting the right points for some of the food I’m eating.

It's not just a diet, it helps you with your mental health as well.

I love my WW very happy apart from when it comes to order products on line it just won't let me in don't know why so get frustrated and give up..i have had 2 orders before and did have trouble then but eventually it let me order!

I joined what I thought was a 3 month trial which I paid for with my husbands credit card back in May 2017. Unfortunately I decided the on line Weight Watchers was not for me and to my horror only came to light today 15th February 2021 that I have been paying a monthly subscription that has amounted to over £500 . Weight watchers have said they can only refund me 3 months, I have not received, in the past years any emails from them but they have said they must have gone into my spam. I know I should have been aware of the payments but unfortunately I do not see my husbands credit card statement but surely Weight Watchers can see I have not logged onto the On Line App over the years and maybe a goodwill gesture of a sum more would have been a good move from customer services. I tried the online service, as our town Weight Watchers closed down, but didn't suit me. I feel very betrayed.

The app, meal plans and colour options have got me back on track after eating my way through lockdowns 1 and 2 I’m on back track to healthy eating for lockdown 3. It’s so easy to track and log your foods. I thought I would just take the free month but I’m going to take up the subscription as it is working for me.

It was quite poor long time to wait on the phone. You charged me also when I had decided to cancel my subscription. You then brought out a more interesting program but I had already switched to another one.Not that impressed
